You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing or sub-licensing course access is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate termination of account privileges without refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Educational Materials

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license for individual learning purposes.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or other specified currencies and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as displayed at checkout. Payment processing is facilitated via authorized payment aggregators (including Razorpay, Cashfree, and international gateways).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Expolio Group Private Limited or its directors, employees, or instructors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on spreadsheet formulas, automation scripts, or templates downloaded from the platform. Total cumulative liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or course.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
